April is a time for renewal, spring is about moving forward and putting the past including winter behind us. It's also the month that we celebrate Planet Earth with Earth Day commencing on April 22nd. Since 1970 earth day has been mobilizing over 1 billion annually to protect the planet. Aveda is a big supporter of earth day and partners with charity water since 2018 to bring clean and safe water to people in need. Currently having served over 152,000 people and counting these people now have access to a critical resource we all need and deserve. Saving our beautiful planet is something we can all do. Even just something as simple as skipping a hair wash can help save an average of 2.1 gallons of water per minute. We have a few simple steps using Aveda products to help get you through those no wash days!

1. Refresh the scalp with scalp solutions protective mist that you just spray directly on roots to help reduce sebum.

2. Prep with puff powder dry shampoo onto roots to absorb oil and sweat while adding volume to second-day hair. Spray heat relief thermal protector & conditioning mist from mid-length to ends to protect hair from heat during restyling.
